9月22日 晴天

今天是军训的第一天，告别父母，独自踏上地铁，由于打背包，惹来一群人的眼光，我又不是啥稀有物种。之后集合，坐上车，来到了军训基地。比我想象的好，一排排整齐的小楼，一棵棵翠绿的大树与之交相辉映，不平整的陆地仿佛见证了当代军人艰苦不懈的训练。

当然，在上午的训练中，我有些措手不及，低血糖又“袭击”了我，我倒下了。但是意志告诉我，应该坚持下来，于是打了报告蹲下来调整了一番，又站起来继续训练。我对自己说。绝不能当逃兵，我要坚持下来。可是，我还是在不久又倒下了，眼前由一片碧绿，逐渐变成黑色，教官，同学们逐渐消失在眼前，我不自主的又蹲了下来，休息一下吧。终于坚持到了吃午饭的时间，我要多吃点，为下午更急艰苦的训练做准备。上午只不过是个开始。Just a beginning.

下午训练过真很辛苦，开始就要站军姿，再开始日常训练，这对在平时娇生惯养的我们成为了不小的挑战，但是，我不怕！教官很善解人意，并没有35中军训教官得狠毒。教官虽然不狠毒，但并没有放松对我们的要求，我依旧记得他对我们说的一句话“在训练场上，我是教官，我要对你们负责。在平常，咱们就是朋友。”

时间飞快的过去了，训练场在夕阳的映衬下，恢复了平静。而声音出现在食堂，那是青年们的说笑，简单的说一句，饥饿后吃饭太香了，起码比学校的好吃，虽然比不上家中的饭菜，但是，在这刻却是美味。

夜晚，并不是那样宁静，男生浩浩荡荡的涌向训练场，学唱“严守纪律歌”，“拉手歌”，每个人都是那么认真，军歌嘹亮，回荡在训练场上空，回荡，回荡……

到了休息的时间，没有一个人被一天训练的劳累而打败，大家还是那样精神，躺在床上，说笑起来，虽然开学快1个月了，但是我们仍需要更加了解将于我们朝夕相处的同学。这个夜晚，让人憧憬着未来…….

熟睡，静，窗外洒满月光…….

9月23日 晴天

几天是个倒霉的一天，大家相约5点起床，都好准时呀。哈哈。早饭吃了我有史以来最多的一次，由于晨练，吃了两个馒头等一系列的是东西。回想平常生活，早餐就是2片面包，一个鸡蛋一杯奶而已，谁会想到，我能吃这么多呢？我开始佩服自己。

早餐完毕，开始上午训练，20分钟军姿已经让我有点“吃不消”，我还没有20分钟一动不动站在一个地方目光直视，不过，我坚持下来了，给自己鼓鼓掌！下午有汇演，3班男生都会加油的！

中午对我来说很特殊，我来当小值日，负责给同学打饭，刷碗等工作。这可是第一次为大家打饭，心中有点欢喜，我也有些手忙脚乱，应该先打饭，再码菜，最后摆椅子。然后就是望着食物听着同学们在门外唱饭前歌，当他们进来时，很多人说了一句“辛苦了”。三个简单的字，却让我激动半天，不好，他们下手也太快了，留给我的是残羹冷炙啊，我也要赶快吃，还要刷盘子呢。看着他们一个个吃得很高兴，我的心中也很高兴，快，赶紧刷盘子！盘子，哪里跑！！！！

之后接到王老师的通知，我们晚上被点了，虽然很后悔，但是已经成为事实了，所以，下次我们要小心了，秘密接头。吼吼~

哦，我忘了说件事，将时间到推到中午吃晚饭后，我们亲爱的宿舍长一铭不知哪这要是去哪里了，我们又急着打水，情急之下，我轻轻的用不成熟的正踢，绝对轻，没想到门的栓折了，我都傻了，没想到这也太弱不禁风了，我主动向教官承认错误，教官说，没事。我看着折了的栓，大笑，都生锈了能不折么。虚惊一场，下次可不能这么粗鲁莽撞了，对不起啦。

倒霉事在下午又上演了，这次不是我个人了，而是我们集体，在我们的共同努力下，我们还是输了。如果我们都不努力，失败是我们自己自找的，但是我们都很努力。失败，并不代表我们低头，我们还会努力。如果一点小小的挫折就将我们击垮，我们对不起高一3班这给名字，我们不会屈服，走自己的正步，让别人说去吧！高一3班永远第一！

汇演在掌声中结束，虽然站在这里演练的不是我们，但是我们还是为那些有机会走上前去向全体展示自己训练成果的班级高兴，正所谓：失败乃兵家常事，输也要潇洒的转身，男人有时就要洒脱一些，拿得起放得下。再看看最后的颁奖，美味的饮料，我的眼睛都直了，可惜我们没有，有朝一日我也要喝！

倒霉事尚未完结，傍晚，依旧出去拉歌，突然一股刺鼻的臭味飘散，蔓延。“啊！”我踩到猫屎了！！！！！！恶心死了！！！！！脏死了！！！！！！我太倒霉了！！！！！狗屎也好啊，有运气，这算哪门事？

今天真是倒霉，明天一定好运！！！保佑，保佑。我的鞋，臭猫咪，我应该教你点规矩，禁止随便大小便，懂不懂，这年代讲究素质。注意素质！

9月24日 下雨

今天很忙碌，下雨了，一场秋雨一场寒，让我们不由的打了寒战，下雨了，应该不训练了吧，没想到换了个地方，潮湿的，昏暗的楼道，“同志们，站军姿。30分钟”，上午就在站军姿，练正步摆臂，踏步等等，很辛苦，但是很充实很快乐。我练习，我快乐。虽然外面下着雨，但是我们的额头上还是出现了汗珠，汗水见证我们有多么努力。

下午，被栾老师点到，去剃头。剃头！oh,天哪，我中秋刚剪完，向王老师诉苦，老师也是无奈的笑笑，见吧。我都整半天，剪，谁怕谁！鹤也被点到，他好不情愿，能体会，表示理解。看着我们的头发从脑袋上掉下，听着电推子刺刺啦啦的声音，心中在嘀咕，不会很傻吧？好在大家长得虽没沉鱼落雁闭月羞花之容，但没歪瓜裂枣之像。剪完之后都是端正的小军人，感谢理发师手下留情。谢谢，不过鹤很难过，他从偶像派变成实力派了。

今天终于让我们洗澡了，所谓希望越高失望越大，飞入天堂又重重摔入地狱的感觉和他很像，水不是极烫就是极凉，为了干净，拼了！这澡洗的真不爽！

洗完澡连连晚会的歌就睡觉了，2：30——3：30，由我和鹤值班站岗，被郑郑叫起来，迷迷噔噔的起来，穿上衣服打了几个寒噤，好冷呀。不由得和鹤做起了青春魅力这套操，还打了一遍军体拳，寒意未减，又拿着手电寻楼道，找点事干，傍晚的大兴真的好冷，还是被窝暖和啊，但是这是一次很宝贵的半夜经历，我要记下来，两个少年，站在昏暗的楼道里，站岗，北京时间2：30——3：30，宁静的夜，我的同志们在熟睡，那天夜里我做了一个梦，梦见了父母，我还真是个孩子，尽管只有三天，但是还是想老爸老妈了。我还梦见了很多好吃的，同志们说我是饿着了，本人确实有些贪嘴。

第四天的太阳即将升起，再睡一会吧。

9月25日 晴天

还有几天就要回家了，习惯了这里的教官，习惯了这里的.阳光，习惯了这里清晨的清风，习惯了每天食堂都充满欢笑的场景，习惯了…….

今天的生活，没有什么特别的，上午，下午进行常规的训练，正步，起步，规律性的训练，晚上听了教导员的国防教育，一趟很精彩的演讲，只是昨晚值班我太困了，不只不觉的，眼皮还是沉了下去，耳边陷入一种安静的状态，好在我还是听到教官讲武器这块的知识，之后看了大阅兵纪录片。1999年大庆，那时我还只是一个上小学一年级的小孩子，记忆早已模糊。今天重温童年往事，更重要的是看完大阅兵，让我们对解放军战士肃然起敬，敬佩他们整齐的步伐，敬佩他们顽强的精神。在军训总结会上，我们也要走的像他们一样好。

今天神器发射，虽然由于种种原因，我们没有看到现场直播，但是祝福三位航天员，愿他们平安归来。

终于到睡觉的时候了，我盼望着，盼望着，打着手电写下今天的日记，想想几天都是这样做的，该睡觉了，累死了。

9月26日 晴天

难熬的一天！首先被教官收拾了，这茄子教官，真讨厌，折磨死我们了，收录几句经典语言：“笑笑笑，笑你个茄子，茄子我的！”（他由此得名）“看，那边白墙（是灰的），是不是？说不是的举手，出列，从这里大概50米。15秒跑回来，不然你们会很难过的。”他的怪招太多了，什么人哪，我劳累的双腿。

另外，在我们共同努力下，我们终于喝到可乐了，9.9分，差了0.1.不过我们会像10分努力的。大家团结在一起，什么困难都会迎刃而解。但是，鹤哭了。也是，付出如此多的努力，都跪在地上擦地，内务检查数遍，为的就是这口气，然而还不能以完美收场，确实很可悲，看到训练场上的几滴泪，扩散，这不像平时笑嘻嘻的鹤，他也说自己在学校笑嘻嘻，而回到家却又想大哭一场，这就是一个人脆弱的一面，也许我们有看似坚强的外表，但是内心的脆弱却不堪一击，我想他不会被困难****的，因为we are all in this together。看到他，我想到了我自己，我是不是也是看似坚强内心脆弱呢？其实我自己也不清楚，但是我还没有被困难****过，我坚信人定胜天这句话，没有什么能够阻止我追求的，阻止我成功。

今天晚上是我最后一次当“小侄儿”，我想把这件事做到最好，但时间天晚上偏偏赶上洗澡，外面教官催促，食堂内锅碗瓢盆，桌子凌乱。当我手足无措，“你赶紧去洗澡吧，我来收”，这声音来自昇昇，我立刻感动了一下，“谢谢！”“快去吧”我立马就跑了，看到郑郑和一铭帮我拿好盆，虽然拿成鹤的了，但是我心中依旧充满感激，这些事情真的很小，但是在我最需要帮助的时候，是朋友们伸出手，小小的帮助化成心中的感动。谢谢。

今天的水可………可……可…….太烫了！！！！！没这么整人的吧！两次澡都没洗好，心中着实不爽，算了谁让我们身在军营，这倒加速我对家的思念，我的家，让我回家！没洗澡的人还算明智，但是洗干净些也舒服，出了那么多汗。哈哈。

不写了，要和小鹤同学聊“钢炼”了。还要小点声，被老师发现可不好。秘密接头，注意，是秘密接头。

9月27日 晴天

最后训练的一天，被折磨死了，打了N遍军体拳，我恨！10几栋动作来回做，烦死了！！！还有某SB（原谅我，并非想骂人）队长及某中尉，让我们练习无数遍，让女生们坐下歇歇，还“我看害你们哦”你以为自己很幽默么？老东西，我姥爷要还活着，你看看谁肩章上杠多星多。典型重女轻男，看着我们一下午滴水未进而裂开的嘴唇，苦啊！

我还被蜜蜂蜇了，第一次啊，其实也没什么，当时手脚冰凉，不知所措，我问教官怎么办？教官说，“拔呀！”我连忙拔了。手还在流血，教官也不让我处理一下，继续训练。这魔鬼！好在昇昇在转移我思路，现在想想，就是疼了一下，什么事都没有，就是被吓得。

说说晚上的联欢晚会，听了同学们的歌，教官的歌有种想哭的感觉，想想这一星期和大家一起生活，突然很舍不得。轮到我们上场了，作为男声独唱，而这破麦克声音时有事没有，把我美妙的嗓音给破坏了，但和同学们在一起，让我们战胜这些困难，我们的合唱还是赢得全体的掌声。到台下，要感谢申和鑫的照相机，我们拍照拍的近乎疯狂，用几个这些记录我们在一起的日子。

这是一个令人难忘的夜晚，这是见证我们一同流汗，一同欢笑，一同流泪的日子，未来充满未知，但是我们会一同走过，因为我们是一家人。这一晚，在歌声，欢笑，热泪，拥抱中度过，舍不得你们，舍不得这里，把记忆刻在心里，把你们印在脑海中……

9月28日 晴天

最后一天，我们的汇报表演。早上依旧很早起床，只是留恋这坚硬的小床，留恋转身时的叮当作响。吃最后的早餐，想着以后的日子我肯定不会在早上吃2个馒头。做最后的彩排，遥望天空，期盼阳光的降临。等到了爸妈，我看到他们了！！他们也看到我了，我太激动了恨不得马上冲过去，想死他们了！我要把最棒的表演献给他们，献给来到这里的所有家长。后来爸妈又走了，虽然不久我也要走，但这感觉像是在探监。我哭啊~

吼吼，我们男生得优秀集体了！鼓掌！我们照相，和加官拥抱，亲爱的苞米，我们要走了！中午吃了最后的饭，和苞米干杯，和兄弟们为他祝福也为我们自己祝福，心中无限喜悦却也很伤心，吃过饭，认真洗完碗，走出食堂门，抬头，看，蓝天，白云，太阳，一排排整齐的小楼，一棵棵翠绿的大树与之交相辉映，不平整的陆地，我知道，我再也不会来到这里，我环顾四周，这里，我打过军体拳，我练过正步，我站过军姿，我生活过，我挥洒汗水，我，我……我会想念这里的一切一切，这里有我记忆中最美好的一页。

今天是军训的第三天，或许是因为身体已经逐渐适应了这残酷的训练，倒也没有什么不舒服，只是头顶的太阳依旧晒得人脑袋晕呼呼的，单调乏味的动作依旧一遍又一遍地练着，本来酸胀的肌肉更加地疼痛不已。

不知不觉，训练似乎就进入了尾声，可能是身体逐渐适应了的原因，身体也没有第一天训练下来的痛苦难受。

有人会问，军训让我学会了什么？

三天以来的烈日烘烤，烧灼的不仅是我的身体，更是在磨练我的意志。三天以来与同学们齐心协力，完成一个又一个的挑战，这令我更加懂得了什么是伙伴，什么是团结。三天以来的魔鬼训练更是让我见识到自己的不足和脆弱，更加坚定了我变强的决心。

我相信，我所得到的每一笔收获都是不可多得的宝贵的财富，远远不能用金钱来衡量，因为它的价值已经完全的超过了金钱，是独属于我的精神财富。这些收获将会伴随我一生，为我将来走入社会，或是经受考验打下了坚实的基础。但是训练锻炼的更是我们的身体，在炎炎烈日下，挑战我们身体的极限，即使身心都已经疲乏到了极点，可我们依然不能退缩，我们必须坚持下去，才能看到成功的希望。

今天是军训的第三天，与第一天军训不同的是天气。早晨一走出寝室，便能感觉到夏日炎炎，酷暑下的我们虽然都感到十分疲惫，脚也疼了，腿也酸了，手也快抬不起来了，但大家都还是坚持了下来，毕竟大家都不想做一个软弱的人。

早晨依旧是训练正步和队列操。其实这两个项目是大家最不想训练的，枯燥乏味，在烈日下，来回不停的踏步在精神上一点一点地折磨我们。衣服也湿透了，口也渴了，大家的意志力都已到达了崩溃的边缘，但此时心中仍然想着不放弃，不服输。此时的我们已经从军训中学会了永不放弃的精神，正如俗话所说：“先苦后甜”，只有先经历了苦的磨练，才能感受到甜的滋味。

下午训练的项目是擒拿术。大部分人之前都没有接触过擒拿术，在教官示范时大家都目不转睛地看着，训练时也在反复练习教官所教的动作，虽然很辛苦，但大家却乐在其中，休息是唱唱军歌，轻松一下。

十天前，我来到了这个，哦不，是我们来到了这个地方，因为我们要在这里通过军训来提高自己的心理素质和自律能力。

奇人奇语是我们做的第一个军训历奇课程，它让我们自己创作队名，队呼和队歌，队名叫“飞鹰队”，够酷吧？似乎是“飞鹰飞鹰，展翅雄鹰”，队歌，自然要与飞有关系，所以是《飞得更高》高潮部分加以改编。当然，这杰作是我做的，哈哈！

接下来的许多军训历奇课程也很有趣，比如说虫虫特工队我们队有十四个人，要从七块板上跨到很远的地方，而且板不能浮空，开始我们失败了许多次，但后来，我们用了许多技巧，还唱起了《团结就是力量》这首歌，使我们红一四团一营二连飞鹰队士气大增，很快就到达了终点。

生死电网非常好玩，就是让全队队员过一个个小格，还不能碰围小格的线，李文哲钻过来了，但其他人都钻不过去，我们只好用两个力气大的（包括我）托住个头小的人，把他“空运”过去，不过，很快全队就我们两个人了，我在送那个人时，自己就“杯具”了，我碰到“电线”了！我们队成绩最好了，一个人牺牲。

军训历奇课程让我学到了许多：勇闯地雷阵让我明白尝试的重要；信任背摔让我学会信任他人；埋怨棍让我明白埋怨别人没有任何作用……

这是我生命中最重要的十天！因为，初一军训，是我迈向人生新阶段最重要的经历，因此，写这篇军训日记记录下来。

四月二十三日，整个四年级的学生都参加了军训，我们开心极了。

这次军训有我们育才四小的学生，有北师大附小的学生，还有南油小学的学生。我们的教官名叫金鹏，他的眼睛炯炯有神，就像鹰的眼睛。你别以为他很温柔，你要是站军姿时做出一两个小动作，他就会把你点出来。

刚开始我们很兴奋，后来才知道吃尽了苦头：站军姿时不能动一下；站队时要安静、整齐，否则中午不休息；表现差的学生中午写两千字日记；表现非常差的学生要留训一个星期，甚至一个月

教官说站军姿的要领有三点：一、手臂夹紧；二、抬头挺胸；三、双脚斜开。我们在太阳底下站军姿。刚开始我们站的不错，可是过了二十分钟以后，我们个个都满头大汗。又过了四十分钟，很多同学都快晕倒了，这时，教官突然说：解散！我们就像豹子一样往凉茶供应处奔去，咕咚咕咚地喝起水来。

我们还做了武术操。武术操共分为九节，分别是启示、撑拉运动、开合运动、踢腿运动、侧展运动、体转运动、俯仰运动、跳跃运动和收示。我们整体做得不错，但就是谢欣彤拖我们后腿：他慢半拍，手臂没有力气。我提醒了他，但他完全当做了耳旁风，结果我们都不能休息。

交警指挥操是最简单的体操。分别是停止信号、直行信号、左转弯信号、右转弯信号、左转弯代转信号、变道信号、减速慢行信号和靠边停车信号。虽说简单，但也是有不少同学做错的。刚开始我们不是手臂高了的就是没摆头的，还有的同学慢半拍的。但后来我们越做越熟练，也越做越好了，我们都开心极了。

这次军训使我最难忘的是烧烤活动。我们每人都有一个鸡翅、两根火腿肠和一个馒头，我们首先烤的是鸡翅。教官说鸡翅熟了的时候会变成金黄色，我开始烤了，火炉里的烟熏得我直咳嗽。过了十五分钟，鸡翅终于烤熟了，我用最快的速度把鸡翅吃了，然后就开始烤馒头

这次军训对于我们来说真有意义啊！就说我吧，军训前我是家里的小少爷，站队总是站不好。军训后我的自理能力提升了，站队也站好了，还学到了交警指挥操。我们真开心呀！

今天是军训第一天，我们在九龙湖校区乘坐大巴，浩浩荡荡地来到了风景美丽训练基地。我们换上了迷彩服，成了一名英姿飒爽小军人。吃完午餐，我们正式开始军训。我们教官姓王，还很年轻。

首先，我们要学习是军姿。教官让我们昂首挺胸，收小腹，大拇指紧靠食指第二关节处，中指紧贴裤缝。我们站了很长时间，虽然有部分同学坚持不住休息了，但是我没有畏惧困难，相信坚持就是胜利，最终坚持下来了。

今天军训精彩纷呈。接下来学习稍息、跨步和唱歌，我们都使出了浑身力气，用足了十二分精神学习。晚饭后，我们排队去洗澡，洗尽一天汗渍，洗去一天疲乏，然后用力地搓洗换下来衣服，最后关灯进入了梦乡。

俗话说：“人是铁，钣是钢。”当每一次到了吃饭的时间，我们迈着整齐的步伐踏入食堂，看见桌上的钣菜时，每一个人都好像一头头野狼一样虎视眈眈的盯着饭菜。特别是男生，很多人都在那时不顾自己的形象，拼命抢着饭菜吃，不一会儿就全部清盘了。虽然有些菜淡的无味，但那时的感觉都是美味佳肴。我的运气比较不错和女生坐在一起，所以吃得还不错，相比于学校的伙食真是一个天上一个地下啊!再说说晚上的就寝吧。训练基地的床都是硬板床，八个人住一个宿舍，对于我们这些娇生惯养的独生子女，在学校和家里早已睡惯了软软的的床，所以刚到了的头两天我晚上转侧难眠，半夜里不是被冻醒，就是睡得不舒服。日复一日的锻炼，我学会了吃苦，学会了坚持，也深深地体会到了解放军生活的`艰苦和朴素。

下午，我们做了一个有意义游戏，每个人站成两排报数，报“一”和“二”，报“一”当盲人，报“二”当聋哑人，我扮演了肓人。我在“聋哑同学”配合下，进入了一间宿舍楼梯下，我扶着墙上墙砖朝上走。我通过感觉发现墙砖边缘和楼梯平行，于是我顺着边缘往上走，终于爬到了楼顶。

四月二十三日，整个四年级的学生都参加了军训，我们开心极了。

这次军训有我们育才四小的学生，有北师大附小的学生，还有南油小学的学生。我们的教官名叫金鹏，他的眼睛炯炯有神，就像鹰的眼睛。你别以为他很温柔，你要是站军姿时做出一两个小动作，他就会把你点出来。

刚开始我们很兴奋，后来才知道吃尽了苦头：站军姿时不能动一下；站队时要安静、整齐，否则中午不休息；表现差的学生中午写两千字日记；表现非常差的学生要留训一个星期，甚至一个月

教官说站军姿的要领有三点：一、手臂夹紧；二、抬头挺胸；三、双脚斜开。我们在太阳底下站军姿。刚开始我们站的不错，可是过了二十分钟以后，我们个个都满头大汗。又过了四十分钟，很多同学都快晕倒了，这时，教官突然说：解散！我们就像豹子一样往凉茶供应处奔去，咕咚咕咚地喝起水来。

我们还做了武术操。武术操共分为九节，分别是启示、撑拉运动、开合运动、踢腿运动、侧展运动、体转运动、俯仰运动、跳跃运动和收示。我们整体做得不错，但就是谢欣彤拖我们后腿：他慢半拍，手臂没有力气。我提醒了他，但他完全当做了耳旁风，结果我们都不能休息。

交警指挥操是最简单的体操。分别是停止信号、直行信号、左转弯信号、右转弯信号、左转弯代转信号、变道信号、减速慢行信号和靠边停车信号。虽说简单，但也是有不少同学做错的。刚开始我们不是手臂高了的就是没摆头的，还有的同学慢半拍的。但后来我们越做越熟练，也越做越好了，我们都开心极了。

这次军训使我最难忘的是烧烤活动。我们每人都有一个鸡翅、两根火腿肠和一个馒头，我们首先烤的是鸡翅。教官说鸡翅熟了的时候会变成金黄色，我开始烤了，火炉里的烟熏得我直咳嗽。过了十五分钟，鸡翅终于烤熟了，我用最快的速度把鸡翅吃了，然后就开始烤馒头

这次军训对于我们来说真有意义啊！就说我吧，军训前我是家里的小少爷，站队总是站不好。军训后我的自理能力提升了，站队也站好了，还学到了交警指挥操。我们真开心呀！

前三天，很轻松。向左、向右、向后转甚至稍息、立正。可后来，练正步时可不象前面那么简单了。

到了第四天，我们开始练习正步走了。教官让大家把手臂和腿端起来，不许放下来。没一会儿，我的胳膊和腿就酸起来了，可是旁边的同学正努力地坚持着，我也只好咬紧牙关坚持着。终于，那一声可爱的“休息”从教官那发出，我才如一堆泥巴一样瘫在地上。

在几天的军训里面，我们学到了许多东西。记得我们在军训中做的最多的一个姿势就是站立。在烈日灸烤的塑胶篮球场上，我们抬着头，挺着胸，一动不动地站立着。热气不断地从地里面往上透，脚底又酸又痛，豆大的汗珠不断地顺着我们的脸颊流下来，我们都不敢去擦，坚持站立着。有好几次我都差点坚持不住，想打“退堂鼓”，但是我知道，这是在锻炼着我们的意志，所以每次都会在心里拼命对自己说：“坚持一会儿，再坚持一会儿就可以的了，一定要坚持住。”在站立结束后，我的心情总是很高兴的，因为我能靠着自己的毅力坚持到了最后。

正步是我们学的众多姿势中最难，最累的。教官让我们把脚踢到半空停止，然后一一过去检查，发现有谁做的不对时会立即纠正。正步要走整齐是件不容易的事情，因此我们在训练时教官的要求特别严格，每个动作都必须做到位，否则就会影响到整个队伍的整齐。所以每次训练完正步后，我们全身都是湿透的了。

军训在辛苦训练之余，也有许多有趣的活动。例如拔河比赛、拉歌比赛等。在拔河比赛上，我们班虽然输了，但输赢并不重要，过程才是关键。在拔河中我们学会了团结，学会了互相鼓励加油，学会了尽全力去做一件事情，这才是拔河比赛的真谛。

良教官的军姿站的那才叫好，一股气可以站25分多钟。真是令我们佩服呀。我们还练了坐姿，良教官说他宁愿站50分钟军姿，也不愿坐20分钟的坐姿，他还说坐姿比军姿还辛苦，他让我们好好坐，把背打直，不然以后是个驼背。听到这句话，我们全班哄堂大笑，因为这实在太可笑了。

我们的良教官大方，脾气好，不让我们受苦。我代替我们全班感谢他。

在山东大学南校的操场上，来了一群初中生和几位体育老师，这是初一新生在军训，这群初中生穿着整齐的校服，白色上衣，蓝黑色裤子，上衣上面绣着几个红字：“山东大学第二附属中学。”我就在这群初一新生当中，我们好奇的看着四周的场景，来到了一片宽敞的操场，开始了五天的军训。

来这之前我听几名大哥哥说：“这里教练非常严，军训起来非常苦”。我听到这些话以后，心里就打起了鼓。这次军训累不累，老师严不严……等等问题在我的脑子里打转，今天是我第一天军训，我带着重多的疑问和忐忑不安的心情开始了军训。

“一二一，一二一，稍息、立正、向前看齐，手放下，站军姿2分钟，有一位同学动就加时一分钟!”老师严历的对我们说，

不就是两分钟吗?站一会儿就可以了，真简单!我想到。可是说起来简单，做起来难;那些小飞虫好象想捣乱，在我们的头上乱飞，有几个同学忍不住动了几下，被老师发现，加时一分钟，我们不敢再乱动，3分钟漫长的过去了，我们都出了一口气：“终于完了!”我们练原地转圈，有些同学都分不清左右，不时地转错方向，但最终全体同学没有一个人转错。

后来，我们开始学武术操，从这个名字就可以知道，这个操比较适合男生，这下子，我们可以不做那种到处显着_味的“_”操了。因此，我们学操只用了一个上午就完全学会了。在接下来的几天里，身体不是酸，就是苦，也有辣，但在体质、精神上尝到了甜头。不过有一个同学因说话被罚做蹲起跳200个都快站不起来了，从此没有一个同学乱说话了。

就这样，五天的军训时光就这样过去了，我们在这短短的五天里学了很多，坚持不懈，不到目的不罢休……苦中带甜，最后我们都享受到了胜利的喜悦。

九月一日，当我踏入启黄中学第一步时，迎接我的是连续五天的军训，自然也开始了我人生中的第一次军训，第一次离开家参加军训，让我体会到了在军训生活的苦与乐。

9月3日 星期一

我曾听爸妈说过，部队是一个纪律严格的地方，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七、八天，真正要做到坐如钟、站如松的境界。说实话，虽然我的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得这军训就像是魔鬼训练营一样。

教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在不知不觉中改掉了我喜欢驼背的坏毛病。当兵的看似很威风，但他们的付出和努力是我们根本无法想象的。

9月4日 星期二

军训，的却使人感到非常疲累，第一天训练完后，我回到家就趴在沙发上睡着了。这军训什么都好，就是有一点：不可以乱动。身上哪儿痒，都得忍着，哪儿不舒服，要经过报告才能休息。

还记得很清楚，这一天，我们的教官嫌我们太调皮，便与10班的教官换了过来，让10班教官代我们的课。10班的教官对他们班很宽松，可对我们像发了狂的老虎一样厉害。当时有一只小虫扒在我的脸上，我痒得是在受不了，便用手赶走了小虫。谁知那教官看在眼里，当着大家面上骂道：“那么痒是吧?信不信我把你的脸揪下来!”这话听得我心里特别难受，可这是军训，没办法，有气也只能憋在心里，要是说出来，就又会挨教官骂。

因为疲劳过度，我患上了扁桃体炎，发烧，感冒，未能来训练。

因为今天是最后一天，要比赛。军训过程要载入档案册，所以病再严重，也得等比完赛再说。

看完了别的班的军训后，我们班要上场比赛了。可我非常紧张，老担心因训练时间不够而出差错，害怕给班拖后腿。

我发现，昆虫保证后代数目的方式有三种：多产卵、尽力保护卵中的孩子和抢别人的孩子。这些方法也许原始，但，也最有效。

第一种方式的代表“人物”就是蝉，它一次可以产三百至四百只卵，能顺利长大的却只有寥寥数只。蝉还没来得及挣开外衣，第一道关卡就已经淘汰了不少的生命——小飞蝇的卵被注入蝉卵内，一窝的卵从此成为小小飞蝇口中的美食。而顺利孵化的小蝉，却面临着更多的关卡：它们在树上孵化怎样下到地面?要想下地过冬，怎样找到适合挖掘的土?怎样找到它在地下唯一的食物——没有枯死的树根?小蝉的成长仿佛是一款布满陷阱的游戏，进入地下这最难的一关，只有扛得住寂寞，耐得住严寒的蝉，才有在树上鸣叫的资格。而游戏中这些关卡，要求蝉保证产卵量，才能使蝉一直延续下去。这，便是它们的智慧。

相比于这种最朴素的办法来说，“保护卵中的孩子”这种方法似乎更有保障，因此这也是昆虫界用得最广泛的用法。而彩带圆网蛛绝对是筑“巢”技术这个领域的大师，被作者赞叹不绝。彩带圆网蛛为子女所织的保护物是那样完美，与其说那是一个“巢”，不如说那是一个袋子。顶部是蛛丝毡子、外壳是紧又防潮的缎状物;里面是保暖的“棉絮”，这如机器制造一样的精美物品，将小蜘蛛保护得如水缸里的一条鱼，别人再垂涎也没用。他们的智慧，就凝结在这个“袋”中。

当然，第二种方法的时间成本实在太高了。红蚂蚁强盗们有更好的方法—“抢”。它们骁勇善战，一看到黑蚁窝，二话不说就开抢。不一会儿，它们就叼着黑蚁蛹这个战利品气宇轩昂地出来了，凭借着超强的记忆力，归巢的红蚂蚁们丝毫不怕“长征”，路上有兄弟受伤抑或被吹入鱼塘，战利品始终是头等大事。因此，相当一部分的黑蚁蛹成为了红蚁未来的仆人。这何尝不是它们的智慧呢?

合上书，不仅感叹——虫儿们小小的身体里，却蕴含着多么大的智慧啊!这种智慧让他们走过数百万年，直至跟我们人类一起共同生活在这片土地上。而到如今他们仍在这蓝天下自由地鸣叫着、自由自在地生活着。

在这本书里其中我最爱的是《卖炭者与名流》还有《义快的动作》这两节，第一节写了一个父亲对他儿子诺琵斯的爱，诺琵斯骂培谛的父亲是一个乞丐，诺琵斯的父亲了解后，非要诺琵斯向培谛跟他父亲抱歉，尽管培谛的父亲常常推辞，可诺琵斯的父亲依然是坚持要让诺琵斯抱歉，从这边可以了解，诺琵斯的父亲是一个如许正经的人啊，他用他的爱来哺育他的儿子，让他的儿子也形成一个关怀他人，不嘲笑他人的人。第二节写的是一个墨盒砸到老师的事情，原由是克洛西被人迫害，最终忍耐不了然，就拿起墨盒向那些人扔去，没想到扔到了刚从门外进入的老师，最终卡隆要帮他顶罪，但老师了解不是他，让闯事者站起来，并没给他处分，听他讲完究竟后把那些人抓了起来，但卡隆跟老师说了些话，老师就不处分他们了。这边就表示了卡隆他关怀他人的一种典雅的精神，而且得饶人过且饶人，这是罕见的一种为人处事。

读到这边，我想在这个以经济益处为主的社会上，使同学之间损人利己，以我为主，妒忌进攻，怕冒犯人，歹意比赛等不良风格日趋天生，那种关爱他人的精神已慢慢淡薄，在社会巩固精神建立的同时，我们也应当在学校家庭上学习这关爱他人，让本人现身说法，用本人的爱心来哺育他人，让爱在人们心中永驻。

百善孝为先，我常常担心现在的孩子长大后是否懂得如何孝敬父母。优越的生活环境养成了他们唯我独尊、我行我素的性格，从父母那儿，他们习惯于轻而易举的获得，却很少考虑基本的付出，很多时候我们忘记了教他们去如何感恩。我并不怀疑孩子对父母的爱，也许他们都有一颗诚挚的孝心，可是他们知道如何去表达吗？冬则温，夏则凊；晨则省，昏则定。身有伤，贻亲忧；德有伤，贻亲羞。这是《弟子规入则孝》的描述，它不光教导我们如何教育子女，也一样教导我们如何为人子女。

爱人喜欢看韩剧，其实剧情都是些柴米油盐、鸡毛蒜皮的家庭琐事，却仍然乐此不彼，还时常感叹说：你瞧人家韩国人多有修养，连吵架都那么有礼貌！我虽然不置可否，却也常有思量，她所谓的修养大概就是指剧中的那些个礼仪规矩吧？那不正是我们民族不小心所遗失的吗？经常看到一些报道，讲一些中国人在国外的不文明行为，我就很不明白，我们的这些同胞到底怎么啦？几千年文明古国、礼仪之邦的子孙，怎么一下子就变得不懂礼仪、不守规矩了呢？读了《弟子规》，似乎有一些明了，也许我们过去忽视了太多的东西，包括中国文化的一些最为精华的东西。

想想还真是有些伤感，从小学到大学，读了十几年书，上过不少的思想品德教育课，参加工作后也经常接受一些思想政治教育，却还是第一次读到《弟子规》。或许我该为自己知识的浅薄而深刻反思，或许我们也该为我们教育的缺失而深刻反思。我们时常讲要加强国民道德教育，提高全民素质，我们也为此做了很多工作，可为什么还是有那么多人感叹世风日下？仔细想想，一个重要的原因，大概就是因为我们一直将最好的教材压在箱底。

伤感之余，我也感到庆幸，因为儿子学校的这次家校互动，让我有机会读到这本书。对我来说，所获得的不仅仅是一本《弟子规》，而是它将让我去重新认识中国古文化的精华。中国古代经典博大精深，这是祖先留下来的巨大财富，作为炎黄子孙，我们有责任承传这些财富，并将它发扬光大。

《阿q正传》，鲁迅代表作之一。写于1921～1922年，文章最初发表于北京《晨报副刊》，后收入小说集《呐喊》。《阿q正传》向我们展现了辛亥革命前后一个畸形的社会和一群畸形的人民的真面貌。它的发表，有着特定的政治和经济。而《阿q正传》也是鲁迅唯一的一部中篇小说，共九章，采用章回体的形式写成的

文章主角，阿q的性格可以说是一个典型的末代‘农民’的形象，他有农民种地就是种地，锄地就是锄地的优点，也有当时人们所具有的缺点，自私、保守、愚蠢的缺点。

而文章最主观的还是啊q的那种‘精神安慰’的做法，他的想法可笑又可赞。在文中阿q以一种即使现实中以失败者的身份存在，然而在精神世界中仍然要以‘最高者’自居。从文中;结果往往是输。输的时候对自己说：“我总算被儿子打了”，心里充满了优越感，如果优越感被粉碎了，他就又想：我是个“能够自轻自贱的”大人物了，便又心满意足了;这时，小尼姑走了过来，这下好了，阿q对她又是骂脏话又是掐脸蛋，终于觉得刚才的憋气都散了，又充满了自豪感。

在文中的这两小节我们可以直观的看出阿q那种用盲目的自尊自大、自轻自贱、畏强凌弱、忌讳缺点、以丑为荣等种种手法来自欺自.慰的行为。

我们常说一个国家的形象是由人民决定的，而文中阿q表达的是什么!懦弱、自私、保守、自给自足?而在那长达8年的战争，我们取得的不仅是胜利，还有一次伟大的蜕变。我们变了变得自立、坚强、强大。

战争是的确是令人憎恶的存在，但你不能否认我们在战争的见证下，成长了。

《阿q正传》看完了，阿q的形象便印在我的心中。鲁迅先生在文章中所要表达的思想也或多或少进入了我的脑中。

阿q是一个被那个时代所抛弃的人，他既高傲却又卑贱。被别人打时，自我安慰想：“是儿子打老子。”阿q的自我精神疗法可谓世间第一。同时，他却又瞧不起自认为比自己还低贱的人-----王胡、小d。

阿q是悲哀的。阿q并不懒惰，他靠自己的劳动获得食物;阿q也有梦想，他想有一个女人，有一个家;阿q想有名声、有地位，但他在别人的心中永远是卑贱、微不足道。

有人说阿q有反抗精神，因为城里人闹革命的时候，阿q也十分自觉的去参加。有人觉得自己像阿q，拿阿q的行为去对号入座。也有人说阿q是个封建思想的集合体，应该被时代所抛弃。这就是当时人们的想法，鲁迅先生的文章深刻的揭示了这一点，他写的阿q是成功的，他也是成功的。我们已经远离了鲁迅的那个年代，阿q精神的“代入法”似乎依然可行。

一个胆小的人受到了别人的欺辱，口上虽然不敢说，但心中一定是愤愤不平，早将那人骂的狗血喷头、体无完肤了。一位政府内的干部受到了上级的批评，心中也一定是敢怒不敢言，心中想：“总有一天，你“下”了，老子“上”了，栽到我手里……”心中如是想着，便多了一分慰籍。

阿q的“造反有理”似乎也在现今盛行——某某学生，看到老师吸烟，而自己却受到了老师的管制不准吸烟，便觉得这个社会不公平!不平等!一些成天泡在迪吧、网吧的瘾君子，以颓废为美?!“这是一个什么样的社会?!”“这样的社会不如隐于其中!”
