一、思想政治方面

在这学期的教学工作中，我自始至终以认真、严谨的工作态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的工作精神从事英语教学。我积极响应学校的各项号召，积极参加政治、业务学习，认真领会学习内容，以教师职业道德规范为准绳，严格要自己。思想积极向上，要求进步。在教学中，做到为人师表，关爱学生，帮助学生对英语学习充满学习热情和信心，以健康文明的形象言传身教。

二、业务素质方面

为了提高教学能力，我不断地钻研新的教学理念，探索新的教学方法，不断将自己的所学运用到课堂教学之中，并取得了一定的教学效果。我积极参加学校组织的业务学习，认真领会其精神实质，学习先进的教学理念、教学方法。并积极与我校的其他英语教师研究教材、教法，同时，积极听课评课，以此来共同提高业务水平。认真写好教学反思、并及时进行整理，升华为随笔和经验。

三、教育教学工作方面

这学期我担任的是八年级7，8班的英语教学。我在实践中积极探索新的教学方式，研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，开展了“如何学好英语”等活动，树立学习英语的自信心，注重形成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验如下：

1、充分认识教材的特点，了解学生的特性。这届学生用的是人教版的教材，针对的是有一定英语基础的学生，起点比较高，单词的呈现比较多，而且难度梯度明显，提倡“用到即学”，很多内容对于大多数学生理解起来是有难度的。而我们作为农村地区的学生本来基础就差，在这种情况下，我感觉上课难度比较大。所以在授课时我尽量使抽象的问题具体化、枯燥的问题趣味化，尽力采取多种方法去提高学生学习英语的兴趣。利用多媒体教学，讲一些有关英美国家的文化知识、生活故事，把难记的知识点编成一段段朗朗上口又容易记忆的顺口溜等。

2、注重因材施教，准确把握难易度。了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。所以我在备课的时候，就会根据学生的实际情况把教材内容进行适当的改编、整理，每节课确定一个重点内容，对于那些难度较大的内容我先适当降低难度再逐步增加，这样学生更容易接受。同时根据不同的班级学生的整体素质，性格特点等，我也采取了不同的策略。对学生整体基础不太好的班级，我多采用传统的教学方式，让学生多读多背，多给他们布置一些基础性的题来巩固所学内容。对基础好的学生要多一些的班级。我采取比较开发的课堂形式，多给学生创设机会让他们尽可能地用英语说出自己能想到的。这样，既锻炼了学生的听说能力，又培养了学生的创新思维能力。而且学生通过这样多次的'“自我展现”，其自信心和学习兴趣得到了极大的提高。
